OMV Petrom SA is an integrated oil and gas company operating in Romania. The company divides its business into three segments namely Upstream, Downstream Oil, and Downstream Gas. The Upstream segment consists of exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas and focused on Romania and Kazakhstan. The Downstream gas segment focuses on gas sales. The Downstream Oil segment produces and delivers gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products to its customers and also operates an oil refinery, Petrobrazi. It also delivers products to both retail and wholesale customers and operates in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and the Republic of Moldova.
