GASE Energy, Inc. operates as an independent firm primarily involved in the discovery, development, and extraction of natural gas within Ukraine. The company's exploration efforts encompass approximately 104,031 net acres of gas-rich properties located in the Lisichansk-Toskovskay area, part of the broader Dnieper-Donetsk Basin. As of December 31, 2013, GASE Energy, Inc. held estimated proved natural gas reserves amounting to 713 million cubic meters. Its operational assets include two productive wells, two distinct gas facilities, and 13.5 kilometers of gas pipelines. Headquartered in Warrenton, Virginia, the company previously operated as Great East Energy, Inc. before officially rebranding to GASE Energy, Inc. in June 2014. It functions as a subsidiary of Bezerius Holdings Limited.
