Company Description
FutureWorld Corp.
FutureWorld Corp., along with its affiliated entities, is primarily focused on the global identification, acquisition, development, and market introduction of various products, services, and technologies related to hemp and cannabis. The company offers an extensive range of solutions for the industrial hemp and legal medicinal marijuana sectors. These include advanced smart sensor systems, robust communication networks, and comprehensive surveillance security to optimize cultivation practices and enhance protection. They provide critical data analysis tools for "smart cultivation" and expert consultation services. Among their specialized products are personal and professional test kits for detecting tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD). They also supply pharmaceutical-grade CBD oil and URVape vaporizer pens, designed for oil vaporization across the e-cigarette, cannabis, and herbal industries. For cultivation management, FutureWorld offers CaNNaLyTiX, a dashboard controller system that integrates various computer systems within a grower's infrastructure, and CaNNaTRAK, a barcode and RFID tracking system crucial for maintaining seed-to-sale traceability of hemp and cannabis products. Security is further bolstered by SPIDer (secure perimeter intrusion detection network), which addresses the risk of theft and malicious attacks. Additional agricultural technology includes SmartSense, providing wireless security and a smart sensor mesh network for precision agriculture, irrigation systems, and greenhouses specifically for the hemp industry. SmartNergy offers tools to analyze and optimize a cultivator's energy consumption. Their CaNNaBoX machine provides automated dispensing, requiring a card swipe to verify a medical marijuana patient's identity, age, and prescription before releasing measured product packages. FutureWorld serves a diverse customer base, reaching consumers directly through online sales and dedicated health and wellness stores. They also engage with collectives, cooperatives, and facilitate sales through affiliate and master distributors. Originally established in 2002 as FutureWorld Energy, Inc., the company changed its name to FutureWorld Corp. in June 2014 and is headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
