Encompass Holdings, Inc., operating through its various subsidiaries, is active in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of recreational water sports equipment throughout the United States. Among its offerings is the XBoard, a jet-powered personal watercraft suitable for users of varying skill levels. Beyond recreation, Encompass Holdings also serves corporate clients by delivering information technology solutions. These solutions bolster business operations through applications such as e-commerce platforms, content management systems, software auditing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Furthermore, the company sells specialized forensic software, branded as ATTEST Systems. A key product within ATTEST Systems is GASP, a software utility designed to help organizations inventory and discover their entire suite of deployed software and hardware assets. Established in 1985 and headquartered in Reno, Nevada, the company operated as Nova Communications LTD. until January 2006, when it officially adopted the name Encompass Holdings, Inc.
