The company is also advancing Lete-cel for synovial sarcoma and myxoid liposarcoma, and ADP-5701, currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for head and neck cancer. Additionally, Adaptimmune is developing T-cell therapies engineered to target PRAME (ADP-600) and CD70 (ADP-520). The firm engages in strategic collaborations, notably with Galapagos for a clinical proof-of-concept trial of uza-cel (ADP-5701) in head and neck cancer, leveraging Galapagos' decentralized manufacturing platform.
