Bassline Productions Inc
As of 2021, Baseline Productions, Inc. is actively pursuing opportunities for a merger or acquisition. Simultaneously, the company is working to bring its operations and status up-to-date. This strategic shift follows a significant development on October 9, 2017, when its Pharmaceutical Services Agreement (PSA) with Canteck Pharma, Inc. was terminated. The reason for this termination was the company's inability to secure the necessary licensing to proceed with its immunotherapeutic-based technology, which was specifically targeted at cancer indications, within Mexico.
