Broadside Enterprises, Inc. operates across four primary business segments: media, branded merchandise, real estate, and blockchain technologies. The company's Media division is dedicated to the creation, funding, procurement, and dissemination of various media assets. In its Branded Goods unit, Broadside identifies and cultivates promising brands, utilizing both information technology and its media proficiency to establish direct connections between these brands and their target consumers. Broadside's Real Estate operations concentrate on the funding, purchase, and enhancement of enduring assets, including residential and commercial properties, along with natural resources. A significant focus for this division is placed on opportunities within Africa and the Middle East. The Blockchain Technologies segment is involved in cryptocurrency mining activities and the creation of specialized tokens and blockchain applications designed to support its media, branded goods, and real estate ventures. Established in 1996 and headquartered in West Hollywood, California, the company formerly operated under the name Emaji, Inc. before officially becoming Broadside Enterprises, Inc. in December 2016.
