Bayport International Holdings
Bayport International Holdings, Inc. primarily focuses on acquiring and extracting resources from oil and gas properties throughout the United States. Beyond its petroleum activities, the company also engages in the purchase and development of various mining assets, with a particular emphasis on precious metals, rare earth elements, and other metallic resources. Its current holdings encompass interests in numerous oil and gas sites, including the Wayne Prospect in Wayne County, West Virginia; the Brown Well lease in Macintosh County, Oklahoma; the Steffelbeam lease and Milford lease, both situated in Forest County, Pennsylvania; and several wells located in Gaines County, Texas. Established in 2004 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company adopted its current name, Bayport International Holdings, Inc., in 2012, having previously been known as Exit Only, Inc.
