Azteca Gold Corp.
Azteca Gold Corp. is a company in its development phase, focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and silver resources across the United States and Mexico. Its portfolio includes a wholly-owned interest in the Marietta property in Mineral County, Nevada, encompassing 156 patented and unpatented claims. Additionally, it controls the Two Mile property in Idaho, which spans roughly 15,000 acres across 725 unpatented and one patented claim. Another significant asset is the Geroe Creek property in Alaska, comprising 25 unpatented state claims covering 4,000 acres. The company also possesses an interest in Idaho's Orange property, consisting of 147 claims over 3,037 acres, and the Tres de Mayo concession situated in Guazapares, Chihuahua, Mexico. Originally established as Hansa Corporation, the entity rebranded to Azteca Gold Corp. in December 2006. Incorporated in 1957, Azteca Gold Corp. maintains its headquarters in Calgary, Canada.
