Allied Resources, Inc. operates as an independent oil and natural gas producer, focusing on the discovery, development, extraction, and marketing of these resources throughout the United States. The company possesses varying stakes in 145 wells situated on approximately 3,400 acres across Ritchie and Calhoun counties in West Virginia, in addition to 10 wells encompassing about 2,510 acres within Goliad, Edwards, and Jackson counties, Texas. Established in 1979 and with its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, the firm was previously known as General Allied Oil and Gas Co until its name change to Allied Resources, Inc. in August 1998.
