Andes Gold Corporation is a company primarily focused on the development and production of gold resources across South America. Through its subsidiary, Compania Minera Pl. S.A., the firm possesses a significant interest in the Miranda Alto concession, which is designated for gold mining and exploration. This key asset is situated in southern Ecuador, specifically within the Zaruma and Portovelo cantons of the El Oro province. Beyond its gold output, the Miranda Alto operation also extracts silver. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, the company initially operated under the name Princeton Consulting and Services Corp. It rebranded and adopted its current name, Andes Gold Corporation, in July 2009. As of October 1, 2010, Andes Gold Corporation functions as a subsidiary of New World Gold Corporation.
