The private company is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and has subsidiaries in Israel. The Israeli company operates through subsidiaries including Minrav Construction, Minrav Infrastructure, Minrav Real Estate, and Mashav-Arden Systems, and has completed over 600 projects with a backlog valued around 4 billion ILS. It executes large-scale national and urban infrastructure projects for government ministries, public bodies, and private clients, including expansions at Ben Gurion International Airport, the IDF training base city in the Negev, Yad Vashem Museum, Museum of Art, Red Line light rail stations, the longest railway bridge in Israel ("Bridge 6" over the Ayalon Valley), and the Aleh Negev Rehabilitation Hospital. Mashav-Arden Systems specializes in advanced HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building control, and traffic control systems, delivering projects such as energy centers for office towers, pharmaceutical plants, and high-tech campuses. The group also develops and manages residential complexes, commercial and office buildings, industrial parks, and income-generating properties, providing property management services. The company was founded in 1969 by Avraham Kuznitsky. The CEO is Eliyahu Cohen.
