Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Improving MarginsMargins have meaningfully expanded (gross ~36.6%, operating ~25.0%, net ~7.4%), indicating improved cost control or pricing power. Sustained margin expansion strengthens intrinsic profitability, creating durable earnings cushion that supports reinvestment and resilience versus cyclical headwinds.
Stable Asset Base And Modest Equity GrowthA stable asset base (~21.2B) and modest equity increase reduce dilution risk and preserve the company’s capital foundation. Over the medium term, this steadiness supports continuity of operations, allows predictable maintenance capex planning, and underpins creditworthiness if cash flows recover.
Earnings GrowthReported EPS growth (~16.3%) signals improving earnings power, likely tied to margin gains. If predominantly driven by operational improvements rather than one-offs, persistent EPS expansion can build retained earnings, improve solvency metrics, and enable funding for strategic initiatives over 2–6 months.
Bears Say
Weak Cash GenerationCash conversion is the principal weakness: OCF turned negative and FCF was ~-270M in 2025, with repeated negative years. Persistent weak cash generation undermines the company's ability to service debt, fund growth or capex, and maintain financial flexibility without external financing.
Elevated LeverageLeverage is elevated and persistent (~1.6x D/E recently). With volatile and often negative cash flow, this degree of indebtedness materially increases refinancing and interest coverage risk, constraining strategic options and making the company more sensitive to macroeconomic or rate shocks.
Multi-year Revenue DeclineA shrinking top line over multiple years limits scale benefits from improved margins and may indicate demand weakness or competitive erosion. Sustained revenue decline constrains long-term growth prospects and makes margin gains harder to convert into higher absolute profits and cash flow.
