A quicker way would be debt reduction via asset sales. 1,600 units out of 5,000 units in the pipeline have been notarized; we would not rule out LEG adding another c5,000 units to its medium-term disposal plan. Forecasts unchanged: Our 2023e AFFO estimate is close to the upper end of the guidance range. For 2024e, we keep our estimate slightly above the upper value of the initial range of the EUR180-200m guidance, which puts our implied DPS estimate (DPS equals above current Bloomberg consensus.
