Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Improved TTM Net Income And EquityTTM net income and equity improved, offering some evidence of balance-sheet progress. However, EBIT remains negative and cash generation does not support earnings, so this is a limited positive rather than proof of a durable turnaround.
Mineral Exploration OptionalityExploration provides exposure to potential mineral discoveries and future project monetization through property sales, partnerships or development. No discovery or recurring revenue is identified, so this is optionality rather than an established advantage.
Improved Free Cash Flow TrendFree cash flow improved versus 2025, which may indicate some moderation in funding needs. It remains meaningfully negative and operating cash flow is also negative, so this does not yet establish self-funded exploration or durable cash generation.
Bears Say
Pre-revenue Operating ProfileThe lack of recurring revenue leaves the company dependent on exploration success, asset transactions or external funding rather than an established commercial engine. This makes results difficult to forecast and limits operating leverage over the next several months.
Persistent Operating LossesPersistent EBIT and EBITDA losses show that current activities are not covering operating costs. The positive TTM net income is not supported by operating performance, reducing confidence that earnings improvement represents a durable business turnaround.
Cash Burn And Financing DependenceNegative operating and free cash flow increase reliance on external financing to sustain exploration. Debt rose from zero in 2024 to about 1.57M, adding repayment and dilution risk if cash burn continues or projects do not advance.
