Founded in 2003 and based in Ultimo, Australia, the company functions through four primary divisions. The Technology & Design segment provides both in-person and online courses covering subjects such as information technology, digital design, interactive multimedia, computer coding, digital marketing, games and applications programming, and interior design. Greenwich specializes in intensive English language instruction and vocational education and training (VET) programs, primarily catering to international students. Go Study operates as a recruitment and advisory agency for international students. Lastly, the Sero/Celtic/CTI segment offers VET courses, available online and face-to-face, to both domestic and international learners, encompassing areas like commercial cookery, hospitality, business, community services, healthcare, construction, and information technology. The company was formerly named iCollege Limited before rebranding to Nexted Group Limited in December 2022.
