In a new Truth Social video post captioned “𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓—𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐎𝐎𝐍!,” President Trump disclosed that he will soon make a major announcement. Trump added that he will make the announcement before his trip to the Middle East on Monday night, saying that it could be made on Thursday, Friday, or Monday.

The announcement will be “one of the most important announcements that have been made in many years about a certain subject.”
Given the political landscape, the announcement could likely be a trade deal. Earlier today, the Financial Times reported that the US is set to sign a trade deal with the UK this week. The S&P 500 (SPX) responded positively to the report and is roughly half a percent higher than its intraday low.
