Zymeworks announced that it has elected to transfer its stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE, to Nasdaq, where the vast majority of its biotechnology peer companies also trade. The company expects that its common stock will cease trading on the NYSE at market close on December 15. The company expects its common stock to commence trading on the Nasdaq on December 16 and will continue to be listed under the ticker symbol (ZYME).
