Zillow Group reports Q1 revenue $469M, consensus $424.08M

Reports Q1 adjusted EBITDA $104M. On a GAAP basis, net loss was $22 million in Q1. Residential revenue decreased 14% year over year to $361 million. Traffic to Zillow Group’s mobile apps and websites in Q1 was 212 million average monthly unique users, flat year over year. Visits during Q1 were 2.5 billion, down 5% year over year.
