With Google layoffs mounting over the past week, the firms video platform, YouTube, notified staff on Wednesday that it will cut 100 employees, Nico Grant writes for the NY Times. The job cuts “primarily affect groups of employees who offer support to YouTube’s millions of content creators,” added the NYT story.
