Lastly, and most importantly, the FDA approved OJEMBA, Day One Biopharmaceuticals’ type II RAF inhibitor for patients with relapsed or refractory pLGG harboring a BRAF fusion or rearrangement or BRAF V600 mutation, ushering in an important new treatment for children living with relapsed or refractory pLGG.”
