Xenon Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment of Andrea DiFabio as Chief Legal Officer, CLO, and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. DiFabio will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the planning and execution for Xenon’s legal function on a global basis. Prior to joining Xenon, DiFabio was the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Repertoire Immune Medicines from March 2020 to October 2022.
