Barclays analyst Brandt Montour raised the firm’s price target on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to $92 from $89 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s RevPAR and new unit growth outlooks were both better than expected, firming up the drivers of its previously announced 2024 guidance, which had been somewhat difficult to underwrite, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
