Elevance Health’s opened its new digital pharmacy, CarelonRx Pharmacy, in January, saying the service would help patients order prescriptions to their homes in a few clicks and customers could track shipments and contact a pharmacist at any time, Kayla Yup of Wall Street Journal reports. However, customers have logged hundreds of negative reviews and complaints against CarelonRx since its launch, reporting spending hours on the phone tracking down medications long after they needed them or getting the wrong medications entirely, according the Journal.
