As previously reported, Wolfe Research analyst Nigel Coe upgraded Vontier (VNT) to Outperform from Peer Perform with a $48 price target calling it “one of the highest quality stocks trading at the cheapest valuation across our coverage.” Revenue growth has been a challenge, but the firm sees a Q2 inflection and improving capital optionality as “key catalysts,” adding that it also believes Vontier screens “very well in a Trump II world view.”
