In an interview on CNBC’s Mad Money, Laura Alber said Williams-Sonoma (WSM) is excited about the ability to accelerate service initiatives with AI. “It’s in our DNA to be entrepreneurial in software,” she noted. Alber expects the company’s partnership with Salesforce (CRM) to expand its customer reach. “We have always been a customer company, focused on service,” she added. “We’re improving our service model in addition to regular price selling.”
