Morgan Stanley upgraded Wheels Up to Equal Weight from Underweight with a 55c price target, calling this its final rating as the firm is also discontinuing coverage effective immediately due to a reallocation of resources. "All prior research on UP should no longer be relied upon," the firm noted.
