The company’s Q3 results reflect intensifying pressures in Wood Products alongside weaker lumber/OSB pricing, the analyst tells investors in a research note. While timberland portfolio actions highlight robust per acre valuations and a willingness to divest, most of those proceeds will be used to fund timberland acquisitions, the firm added.
