TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on Western Digital to $80 from $95 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm updated its sum-of-the-parts valuation ahead of the expected spin-off of the Flash business in the next few months. They note there is a wide range of potential outcomes but see attractive value in HDD.
