This is a win for Canadian Solar (CSIQ), the firm says, as without the stay, firms faced major financial burdens. California Governor Newsom signed into law several bills, which provide bill relief and seek to lower rates set by three utilities, and is now leaving virtual power plants up to the utilities, a negative for Sunrun (RUN), the firm says.
