Commenting on Netflix’s quarterly results, Wells Fargo thinks investors were over-exuberant on paid sharing. Further, while revenue acceleration will take longer, Wells thinks it creates an entry point for patient, long-term investors. Price increases and margins are ahead, it adds. The firm maintains an Overweight rating on the shares with a price target of $500.
