Wedbush analyst Scott Devitt raised the firm’s price target on Amazon.com (AMZN) to $260 from $250 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares, while naming it a top pick for 2025. The firm thinks investors are underappreciating the pace of operating income growth and improving trends at AWS that have resulted in four consecutive quarters of accelerating cloud growth. Amazon’s operating income growth is best-in-class among mega cap internet peers and Wedbush expects Amazon will grow operating income 24% year-over-year in 2025, above both Google (GOOGL) and Meta (META).
