Washington Trust increases quarterly dividend to 56c per share

The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp declared a quarterly dividend of 56c per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2022. This represents a two cents per share increase over the most recent quarterly dividend rate and the twelfth consecutive year with a dividend increase. The dividend will be paid January 6, 2023 to shareholders of record on January 3, 2023.
