Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is taking a minority stake in OSN Streaming in an attempt to capture a part of the fast-growing Middle Eastern entertainment market, Laura Gardner Cuesta and Nicolas Parasie of Bloomberg reports. Warner Bros. will pay $57M for about 1/3 of OSN Streaming and the transaction will be done in stages.
