Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Walmart (WMT) to $109 from $111 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s sales momentum continues as it has posted another strong quarter, including comp growth of 4.6% in the US, 5.9% from Sam’s Club and 10% sales growth from International, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Momentum across the business remains strong and the firm expects more of the same in the second half of the year as consumers continue to seek “value”,Truist added.
