W.P. Carey price target lowered to $60 from $61 at Evercore ISI

Evercore ISI lowered the firm’s price target on W.P. Carey (WPC) to $60 from $61 and keeps an In Line rating on the shares. The net lease group slipped, performance wise, in Q4 and FY24 sector performance lagged the broader REIT index “again” at 2% for the net lease sector versus 4.9% for the REITs overall, the analyst tells investors in a Q4 recap note.
