The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials (VMC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 49c per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 24 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10. The new quarterly dividend represents an increase of 7% from 46c to 49c per share.
