Voya Financial (VOYA) announced that Donald Templin has joined the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer, or CFO. Templin brings more than 30 years of corporate finance experience to Voya, most recently serving as executive vice president and CFO of Marathon Petroleum (MPC).
