Vodafone attracting interest for $4B Spanish business, Bloomberg reports

Vodafone (VOD) has been attracting takeover interest for its Spanish unit, with people with knowledge of the matter saying the unit could be valued at more than $4B, Bloomberg’s Rodrigo Orihuela, Dinesh Nair, Vinicy Chan and Ruth David report. According to the people, potential buyers include Apollo Global (APO), and while Vodafone is not running a formal sale process for the business, would consider offers "at the right price."
