VMware sees deal to be acquired by Broadcom completed in Broadcom’s FY23

As previously reported, VMware (VMW) has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Broadcom (AVGO). The transaction, which is expected to be completed in Broadcom’s fiscal year 2023, is subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, VMware stated.
