Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Vivid Seats to $9 from $10 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says that given the historical correlation between Live Nation’s fee-bearing ticket volume and Vivid Seats’ total order volume, it sees scope for consensus Vivid estimates to move lower. Citi lowered its Vivid Seats estimates to better align with its Live Nation forecast.
