Viper Energy (VNOM) announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 11.5M shares of its Class A common stock by Viper’s parent, Diamondback Energy (FANG). Viper will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholder. J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Evercore ISI and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the Secondary Offering.
