Vintage Wine Estates announced the appointment of Steven Strom to its Board of Directors, as of March 28, 2024. As an independent director, Strom will serve as the Chair of the Finance Committee, which also includes Robert Berner III, Mark Harms, Jon Moramarco and Patrick Roney. Strom is currently CEO of Odinbrook Global Advisors.
