Vince McMahon plans to return to WWE to pursue sale, WSJ reports

Vince McMahon intends to return to World Wrestling Entertainment following his retirement in 2022 amid a sexual harassment scandal in order to pursue a sale of the company, the Wall Street Journal’s Lauren Thomas reports, citing people familiar with the matter. McMahon, who was majority voting power, has informed the company that he is naming himself and two former co-presidents and directors, Michelle Wilson and George Barrios, to the board, the author notes.
