BMO Capital raised the firm’s price target on Victory Capital to $69 from $61 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. By becoming the exclusive provider of U.S. strategies to Amundi’s global clients, Victory gains access to a steady stream of assets under management flows – estimated at $2B-$4B annually, the analyst tells investors in a research note. This could represent $20M-$40M in potential revenue synergies for 2025, the firm adds, also maintaining its Top Pick view on the name.
