RBC Capital analyst Kenneth Lee raised the firm’s price target on Victory Capital to $56 from $47 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after its Q1 earnings beat. The company’s focus remains on potential Amundi U.S. transaction where there is significant expense synergy potential and longer-term upside potential from non-US distribution of Victory products along with a “significant increase” in its assets under management, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
