Citi lowered the firm’s price target on VF Corp. to $16 from $18 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 earnings were light of consensus, but new CEO Bracken Darrell’s actions and initiatives to improve performance were the bigger news of the quarter, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says VF withdrew its annual guidance and indicated it no longer expects improvement in Vans in the second half of 2024.
