Roth Capital analyst Justin Clare keeps a Buy rating and $162 price target on Vertiv (VRT) and notes that the recent stock pullback represents a buying opportunity. This week, Microsoft (MSFT) announced successful testing of a new microfluidic cooling system that removes heat up to 3-times more efficiently than traditional cold plates by delivering liquid coolant directly into the silicon, but the firm does not expect that innovation to materially impact the content Vertiv supplies to data centers, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The recent announcements from Oracle (ORCL) and OpenAI also reinforce a strong demand backdrop for data center infrastructure, the firm added.
