Vermilion Energy announced that independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services, or ISS, and Glass Lewis have each recommended Vermilion shareholders vote "for" all the proposed resolutions at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 3. At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to fix the number of directors at ten, elect the board of directors, appoint the auditors for the ensuing year, as well as approve an advisory resolution to accept the company’s approach to executive compensation.
