RBC Capital analyst Dan Bergstrom lowered the firm’s price target on Verint to $48 from $58 but keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q3 results were "essentially in line", though the behavior from perpetual license customers will likely be in focus and weigh on the stock, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Bergstrom maintains a positive view on Verint longer term however and believes that the company should outperform the peer group as it benefits from growth in customer engagement and unstructured data analytics.
